Pursuant to Condition No. 4 of the Geothermal Resource Permit, Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV)
hereby submits the Weekly Status Report for the week ending August 21, 2022.

Performed water loss test. Part of this testing includes a pressure/temperature (P/T) survey, after the completion of survey and retrieving the tool, the wireline parted. The decision was made to leave the tool in the bottom of the well at 6152’.
