Pursuant to Condition No. 4 of the Geothermal Resource Permit, Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV)
hereby submits the Weekly Status Report for the week ending June 19, 2022.

Wellfield
Cemented in 22’’well casing to a depth of 1050’. Currently, we are installing the Blow Out Prevention Equipment (BOPE) to our well casing assembly. Once the BOPE is installed, DLNR representatives will witness an acceptable operational test.
